On a daily basis we proactively update our database of properties to ensure the match with a suitable tenant as soon as possible.

Our viewings manager always accompanies tenants who look at any of our properties, who in discussion whilst at the property is able to understand each tenant's needs and property specification required.

A weekly sheet complete with photographs is available in our offices, this together with window, local press and website advertising keeps tenants fully informed with all available properties.

By meeting all landlords and discussing tenants' circumstances and needs, plus the collection of suitable up-to-date references, HAS ensure that we are presenting you with the most suitable tenant possible.
