Finding Tenants Successfully Through understanding the detailed property requirements, expectations and local needs of our tenants we can accurately match available people and available places. On a daily basis we proactively update our database of properties to ensure the match with a suitable tenant as soon as possible. Our viewings manager always accompanies tenants who look at any of our properties, who in discussion whilst at the property is able to understand each tenant's needs and property specification required. A weekly sheet complete with photographs is available in our offices, this together with window, local press and website advertising keeps tenants fully informed with all available properties.
