In order for you to be referenced it will be necessary for you to complete an application form. This form must be legible. Any missing information will delay your application and may risk your choice of property.

When completing the application form, you will need to have the following information / supporting documents with you:

• 2 forms of Proof of identity, at least 1 must be photographic (please note bank statements are not proof of identity)
• Your full current address including the post code
• The full name, postal address and contact telephone number of your current employer (if applicable)
• The full name, postal address and contact telephone number of your current letting agent or landlord (if applicable)
• If you do not currently have a landlord we will require proof that you are in residence at your current address
• Your full bank details including branch name, address, account number and sort code.
