What do I need to pay on signing the Tenancy Agreement?

On the day you sign the Tenancy Agreement you will need to pay one month rent in advance and a deposit, which is usually a minimum of one month rent. All monies paid must be in cleared funds before you can move into the property.

The rent does NOT include the cost of gas, electricity, telephone, council tax, water & sewerage rates, unless otherwise stated.
