Established in 1959, HAS Property Management is the longest established independent Letting Agent in Hastings, with approximately 200 properties on our books. We are the only specialist Residential Letting Agent in the town. Our team has over 50 years experience in lettings, as an independent agent we are able to offer our clients, whether landlord or tenant, a professional and personal service throughout.

We pride ourselves on the ability to know each landlord and tenant individually.

Our office has a prime town centre location offering easy access for both landlords and tenants.

We also hold professional indemnity insurance and client money is protected through insurance bonding with Client Money Protect. We are also members of the NLA (National Landlords Association) and PRS (Property Redress Scheme). All of our staff also undertake CPD (Continual Professional Development).
