Initial Tenancy Term

The initial Tenancy will be a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. At the end of the first agreement you may be asked to sign a further contract, usually for 6 months or in some cases your current contract will roll onto a statutory periodic tenancy if the landlord requests.
