Pets

Pets are not usually permitted in rented flats or houses.

It is always advisable to ask, as with a larger deposit some landlords may consider having pets in the property. You must advise us on your initial enquiry if you have any pets, if you fail to mention this to us and proceed with the application you may lose your application fee if the landlord will not accept your pets.
